Preschool Picasso

"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up."

Pablo Picasso

Our Art class is open to students ages three through five and meets one afternoon per week. Children learn the basic elements of art and work with many types of media. Lessons include learning about famous artists and creating works in a similar style. Emphasis is on the process, not the product.

Ballet is offered one day each week and is taught by a professional ballerina with a degree in dance. The class includes instruction in classic ballet with an emphasis on basic skills that are age appropriate for preschoolers and kindergartners.

A dance recital in May allows our students to showcase the skills they have learned during the year.

Stay and Play

Stay and Play is our in-house after-school care. This is offered from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday based on parent interest and enrollment. Children engage in teacher directed activities as well as free play time in a mixed age group.
